Abion is entering its next phase of international growth and innovation under the leadership of Jesper Knudsen.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jesper Knudsen, former Global Managing Partner, as the CEO of Abion. He brings proven leadership in intellectual property and business development, an extensive background in the domain industry, and a deep understanding of Abion’s business, clients, and culture.

Driving Growth and Enhancing Client Offering

In his previous role as Global Managing Partner, Jesper played a key role in expanding Abion’s international footprint, strengthening our full-service offering, and building trusted relationships across markets.

His broad industry knowledge and global network have been central in positioning Abion as a leader in IP & legal services, brand protection and domain name management.

“It’s an honour to take on the role as CEO. With our people, technology, and client trust as a foundation, I look forward to leading Abion into its next chapter together with our teams worldwide.”, comments Jesper Knudsen.

We thank Magdalena Bonde for her dedication in transforming Abion into the international player it is today. She will continue to support the company as Strategic Advisor to the Board.

Expanding Abion’s Global Presence

As CEO, Jesper Knudsen will focus on accelerating growth, expanding Abion’s global reach, and investing further in innovation and digitalising to ensure clients continue to receive world-class service.

With over 250 dedicated specialists across 13 countries, Jesper is committed to making Abion the partner that not only protects brands but helps them thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Jesper’s leadership, international perspective, and industry expertise make him the ideal person to guide Abion going forward. We are confident the company is well-positioned to accelerate growth and strengthen our role as a leading global full-service IP partner.”, says Lars Börjesson, Chairman of the Board.
