Outside office hours support
Emergency customer support for domain name and DNS issues is available outside regular hours, including weekends and Swedish holidays, with phone support provided within 30 minutes for an additional fee. This service runs Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 08:00 CET, and 24/7 on weekends. The emergency number can be accessed through the Abion Core portal.
Report domain name abuse
If you need to report abuse like spam, phishing, or malware for a domain we manage, please get in touch. We review reports within 24 hours and maintain confidentiality. If more details are needed, we’ll contact you. Our abuse procedures are available on our website. Thank you for helping keep the online space safe.
