Who can buy a Norwegian domain?

To register a Norwegian domain, the following is required:
- Company: Must have a Norwegian postal address and be registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre with a Norwegian organisation number.
- Individuals: Requirement for a Norwegian postal address as well as a national identification number – so-called PID number – through registration in the National Registry.
Companies and organisations can have a maximum of 100 registered Norwegian .no domains. Individuals can own a maximum of 5 Norwegian domains.
