Emergency support
Outside office hours, we provide customer support for domain name and DNS issues. This service runs from Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 08:00 CET and 24/7 on weekends, including Swedish holidays. Phone support is available within 30 minutes. Any calls made to this number are classified as emergency support and are charged separately from normal support. The startup fee is EUR 200 plus EUR 200 for each commenced hour.

If you need to report abuse like spam, phishing, or malware for a domain we manage, please get in touch. We review reports within 24 hours and maintain confidentiality.
