Configuring Smartphones - Exchange 2013

Click on the link below to set up your Hosted Exchange account on your smartphone or tablet. In addition to your email address, you may need the following information: 

Domain: PORTSHOSTING
Exchange server: exchange.portshosting.se

Outlook 2013/2010

Before you start: Make sure Outlook is not open during setup.

Open Control Panel and locate the Mail icon. It can be found under User Accounts. Click Mail. You will then see the following box:

Click the E-mail Accounts... button that can be found at the top of the box.

The Account Settings box will pop up. Stay on the E-mail tab and click New...

In the following Add New Account box, check E-mail Account and click Next.

Auto account

 

In the following Auto Account Setup box, fill in your name, email address, and password, and click Next.

Online search

 

Now Outlook will search for your settings and try to log in to the server.

If you have entered the correct information, you will see the following request:

Click Allow.

If you are asked to fill in your username and password again, then please do so. Otherwise, you may need to do so the first time you start Outlook.

Security

 

If all the information is correct, you will see a confirmation box. Click Finish and you're done! Open Outlook to start using your new account!

Outlook for Mac 2011

Steg 1

 

On the Tools menu, click Accounts. If this is the first account you create in Outlook 2011
under Add an Account, click Exchange account.
Click the Accounts icon.

Click the + icon in the bottom left and select Exchange.

  • On the Enter Exchange account information page, type your email address
  • Under Authentication, make sure the username and password are selected
  • In the Username box, type your full email address
  • Make sure Configure automatically is selected and click Add Account

After you have clicked Add Account, Outlook will search for your email server settings online.

In the dialogue box, you will be asked if you want to allow the server to configure your settings.
Check the box Always use my response for this server, and then click Allow.

If Outlook can set up the account, the account you set up will appear in the left pane of the
Accounts dialogue box.
