Abion makes its third acquisition this year by taking over Inbrand AB

Abion AB continues to pursue its strategic growth agenda and completes yet another acquisition, the successful Inbrand AB. Earlier in 2022 Abion acquired Otmore Limited and Corebiz Solutions, and together with Inbrand these new additions strengthen Abion's position as the leading Nordic player and provider of platform-based IP and domain services.

Strengthened position in the Nordic region with the aim of becoming Europe's leading provider
Through acquisitions in 2022, Abion has strengthened its customer base as well as broadened its expertise and in-house capacity. The acquisitions have given Abion the ability to increase scalability and they are now equipped for the next step, to extend across Europe. Central to this strategy is continued organic and acquisition-based growth.
- We have the leading position in the Nordic market and are therefore a natural acquisition leader and an attractive partner to merge with. Our vision is to become Europe's largest provider in this segment, and we are now another step closer to that goal, says Magdalena in conclusion.
The parties have chosen not to disclose the purchase price. EY Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor and Setterwalls Advokatbyrå (Law firm) legal advisor to Abion in the transaction.
