Annette is an IP lawyer with extensive experience in brand protection and enforcement strategies, advising clients on the development, management, and defense of their intellectual property assets with a strong focus on commercial objectives. Her practice covers a broad range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, cease-and-desist actions, and enforcement strategies relating to trademarks, domain names, and design rights. She also has solid experience in IP due diligence processes and in the development and implementation of IP policies, supporting transactions, compliance initiatives, and long-term brand strategy through practical, business-oriented advice.
