    You’re responsible for your airport transport. Abion reimburses bus/train costs in your home country and within the UK.
  • From airport in London
    If Abion booked your flight, airport transfer will be arranged.

Meals & Expenses

  • Meals are covered from arrival lunch to departure lunch.
  • Before/after the event: food is at your own cost.
  • Extras (minibar, room service, drinks outside official dinners) are not reimbursed.
