About the Summit

The Abioneer Summit brings together the brightest minds from every corner of the Abion universe. Over three inspiring days, we will share insights, forge new connections, and ignite the innovative spirit that drives us. Whether you're a long-standing member of our community or this is your first summit, your voice and vision are critical to our collective success.

Flights, Accommodation & Event

• Abion covers round-trip flights for attendees traveling on standard event dates.
• If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer, you must get manager approval and book your own flights for both directions. These costs, along with any additional nights, will be covered by your department.
• Rooms will be shared. If you have a preferred roommate, let us know!
• Participation in all planned activities during the trip is mandatory for all attendees.

 Transportation

• You are responsible for arranging transport to/from the airport in your home country.
• Abion will reimburse train or bus costs.

Meals & Expenses

• You cover food costs until arriving at the hotel and after leaving the hotel.
• From check-in onwards, meals are covered as part of the summit program.
• Any extras (minibar, room service & drinks - when not offered at dinners and our party) are at your own expense.

Resignation Policy

• If you resign before the trip, you will not be able to attend, even if you are still employed during summit dates.

Visa Information

All countries outside of Europe as well as Several European countries will now require a VISA or an ETA even for shorter visits to UK. 

Please follow the link below to check the specific requirements for your own country—and make sure that you understand what applies now and what will apply from April 2025. 

Check if you need a UK visa - GOV.UK 

The easiest way to apply for the ETA is via the UK ETA app. Applications can be made no earlier than March 5th, and it may take up to 72 hours to receive the results. 

Abion will cover the expenses for any travel documentation (VISA or ETA) required for your trip to the UK. However, each individual is responsible for securing their own travel documentation.
